B100PROX-MF is a dual Wiegand biometric reader combined with a Mifare 13.56 MHz RFID reader for access control applications with storage of up to 100 finger templates. Possibility to memorise finger template on Mifare card for an unlimited number of users. Programmable Wiegand Output (8 to 128 bits).

Black Edition
In addition to the standard silver colour in aluminium finish, the MINI range is also supplied as standard in the Black Edition. It is a whole new standard product family in ruggedized and light black ABS finish with single and double technology.
Finger on Card
In Finger on Card mode, there is NO LIMIT on the capacity of fingerprints, since the fingerprints are stored in the user’s card, not in the biometric reader. Also, the card contains only 50% of the information required to grant access. So, in case of loss, the access security will not be put at risk. It will only be valid by presenting the corresponding fingerprint.
It's a perfect solution for installation with a large number of users as the information is not stored in the reader memory, but in the card.
The Finger on Card mode is perfect for facilities in which personal information such as fingerprints are not allowed to be stored.
Reader configuration through Software
The reader configurations and fingerprint enrolments are done via PC software. The connection between the biometric readers is RS-485 used for fingerprint transfer and configuration. Reader management is integrated in our PROS CS access control software for configuration. Compatible with our EWS controller or any third-party controller using our BIOMANAGER software. An RS-485/TCPIP converter is available for third-party integration.
Large LED around the reader for an easy and stylish reading status
Another key defining feature of the MINI range is the multi-colour rectangular status LED. The RFID and biometric readers change colour depending on the user’s key fob/fingerprint. Three LED statuses are available:
- idle (orange) - no key fob/fingerprint present
- accepted (green) - key fob/fingerprint present
- denied (red) - not valid key fob/fingerprint present

There are 2 different colours by default: silver and black; with more colours available upon request like charcoal, blue, green, red or white.

Double Technology: Biometry Swipe and Mifare RFID
The B100PROX-MF offers double technology with the following authentication: Finger only, Finger and card, Finger or card and finger on card.
The reader reads Mifare Classic, Ultralight and Desfire cards with a read range of 6 cm.
The SteelCoat protective coating provides added protection of fingerprint sensor for rugged environments
The matching time is < 2 s.
The storage capacity of the B100PROX-MF is 100 fingerprints and cards.
