Did you know XPR also provide power supplies for your access control installations?
For us not only it is important to provide good quality readers and devices, but it is essential that any access control installation needs a safe and secure power supply to work efficiently with the rest of the system. It is for this reason that we offer a wide choice of power supplies with enclosures for your installations.
UH-PS3 is a universal metal enclosure with a 13.8VDC – 3.6A power supply, designed essentially for our XPR ONLine Access Range.
As it is universal, it can be used to include more than one XPR ONLine product inside. It’s suitable for controllers – as EWS or EWSi – but also for keypads, remote relay units, converters or relay boards such as RB0408.
The UH-PS3 can have 1 or 2 EWS controllers, so can provide for up to a 4-door system with one enclosure including controller(s), readers and locks. Moreover, the UH-PS3 has space for an additional battery so the power supply allows you to charge it to prevent possible power outages.
WS4-PS5 is a universal metal enclosure with a power supply 15VDC – 5A, specially designed for our 1-, 2- or 4-Door Web Access controllers.
It can be used to include more than one web access product, like two WS4-2D webserver controllers or two relay boards. In this way, there is no need to have a different enclosure model for each new product you want to add to your webserver system. It’s perfect for a 1-, 2- or 4-door system including controller(s), readers and locks.
We also offer three different XPR models of universal power supply enclosures:
– XPR-3A-13.8V (250 x 90 x 250 mm)
– XPR-5A-13.8V (280 x 90 x 290 mm)
– XPR-3A-27.6V (280 x 90 x 290 mm)
All these models have a space for an emergency backup battery.
For example, to create an ONLine access control system to work with an elevator (up to 32 floors), one metal enclosure with a power supply (UH-PS3) could be used for two EWSi controllers, and another metal enclosure without a power supply (UH-PS3) for 4 relay boards RB0408.
To create a Webserver system to also work with an elevator (up to 24 floors), one metal enclosure with a power supply (WS4-PS5) could be used for one web server controller, and another metal enclosure (WS4-PS5) without power supply for two relay boards WS4-RB-12.
