Our history
1986 - Founded
XPR is established in France, marking the beginning of our journey in the access control innovation.
1987 - Pioneering Innovation
XPR creates the world's first backlit encoder keypad, setting a new industry standard.
1989 - Opens its first sales office
In Belgium
1995 - Launch of the first RFID reader model
2000 - Establishing R&D and Manufacturing
Sytech is founded in India serving as the R&D office and manufacturing facility for XPR Group, strengthening our capabilities in product development and production.
2005 - Launch of the first biometric reader model
Launch of a full range of single and dual technology biometric readers, both networked and standalone.
2010 - A New Chapter
XPR is acquired by four new partners, bringing a young and dynamic energy to drive its growth.
2010 - Establishment of the R&D center
North Macedonia.
2011 - Expansion of sales offices across Europe
Spain, UK, Germany
2015 - A New Visual Identity
Redesign of the logo for a more modern, dynamic image aligned with our evolution.
2016 - Expanded global footprint
with the opening of a sales office in Dubai
2023 - Launch of a New Business Line at Sytech
Opening our R&D and production outsourcing services, providing clients direct access to our electronic engineering expertise and industrial capabilities.
2024 - Launch of the Xpro range and the Xsecure® encryption and authentication solution
Launch of a complete range of universal and scalable readers offering high-security features. Xsecure® is an encryption and authentication system developed by XPR.
